We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

🕒 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible.

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@abodeux.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@abodeux.com.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
